Valorant player support sucks. I sent a refund request ticket for my skin in Valorant; however, they denied it because I upgraded it using RP. On their website, it stated that weapon skin upgrades can be refunded back into Radianite Points. So, why are they using my weapon skin upgrade as an excuse if it said that it can be refunded back into RP? It's a contradiction of their own words. After writing my refund ticket, Valorant has updated their refund policy. Since this was written before the policy was changed, shouldn't I still get the refund? Even after picture proof of the previous refund requirements, they refused to help me because there was "confusion." There was no confusion in your words. Valorant support doesn't help and they always find loopholes. After I called them selfish, they closed my inquiry for being "nonconstructive," but why do I need to be constructive on a player support system: you should be helping me.
