Do employees see recordings of games to verify bad behavior, or does a bot handle it? Do we get notified if one of our reports is acted upon?
I ask because I recently submitted a report for what has to have been THE most toxic player I have ever met. Right out the gate, he was calling everyone useless, cursing at them, calling them shit players, etc., and since I stayed light-hearted, congratulating teammates on kills and round wins, and mostly just laughed at how ridiculously stereotypical he was acting (for a rage gamer, at lest), he focused his attention on me (which thankfully meant the rest of the team was mostly spared.) In this instance, I wasn't really affected. But players like this need to be banned. Permenantly. More sensitive people could be pretty badly hurt by guys like this.
