Anyone else having a problem where your computer freezes randomly and you have no choice but to force shut down?

bobthebuilder345 me too, if I don't move around my mouse or press anything for some time, my laptop froze. I have i3-8th gen, 8GB RAM and MX250.

i have the same problem. the same thing happened yesterday. my whole pc froze and i had to press the reset button to get anything done. vanguard caused problems 1 day before with the sentence: vanguard not initialized. i got the problem fixed somehow. after that the freezing happened. in beta i had no problems at all. since release something is wrong. vanguard seems to block my pc and even turns off my keyboard. i don't know what to do anymore. i just hope it will be ok soon.

The game requires a minimum of Intel(R) HD Graphics 3000 which means your trying to use/play at under the required specs. That's the reason you may be crashing a lot. Also the CPU isn't overly that powerful.

The download is super small, and is quite safe. it will tell you if you can run Valorant.

Hmm, I wonder, are you able to run the game in windowed? or at a smaller resolution? Ensure that your in game setting are turned down to the lowest settings. Also ensure you don't have any programs running in the background whilst playing the game.

Try running the game windowed, and see if it still freezes.

Me and a friend have the same problem. We can run the game on recomended on our laptops. But sometimes the laptop completely freezes and the power button is the only way to shutdown. It doesnt happen in other games, and it wasnt a problem(for us at least) during beta(and we played the full beta).

Unfortunately it seems to be an issue most people are tending to have, myself included. Could be a bug or something of the sort. All we can do is wait for a patch that will hopefully resolve the issue. It could also be overloaded servers due to the amount of people using them.

Well I have a pc, RTX 3080, Ryzen 9 5900x and I been getting crashes everyday now and it has been happening for 2 weeks now

I get freezing and stop motion effect when Valorant is running in the background paired with SteelSeries GG software and Edge. It goes away once I turn off SteelSeries GG software and right click any icon on the taskbar.
