Okay so i meet every requirment of valorant
except for 1 the video card
if i put everything on low can i run it?

I'm sure you'll have no issues getting the game to run, unless there's a Vanguard conflict. Whether you'll be able to run the game optimally with 60 frames is another story; and if your video card doesn't meet the recommended specifications, it's unlikely your experience will be "optimal".

Well I'm not sure, the game is free so you won't lost anything by trying it.

Most likely your computer (Well graphics card) will chugg. meaning it will struggle. Probably best to upgrade the gpu.

I think You'll be able to run the game, But with minimum FPS, Maybe if you throw display specs to least, You can get about 60 fps, I'd still suggest you to pick up any graphic card, Doesn't need to be top-notch, This is not a very "Graphic required" game if you know what I mean.
