Another Penalty

Valorant freezes on the first match I play. Nothing responds. So I restart my computer because I have to in order to do anything, and bam. An hour of matchmaking ban. Because the game refuses to run properly. I’m so glad we’re doing this for unrated of all things.

i get the frustration. but its a beta game after all.

my game havent crashed yet. but im guessing there is some sort of system to send a bugreport after a game crash. so dont forget to send that so if there is an issue whit the client they can fix it.

ejk it’s just frustrating that because the game crashes, I’m getting penalized so much for things that aren’t my fault. And honestly, if it crashes again, what’s next? Two hours? A day? Permaban? For something I can’t control? I’m just nervous that the penalties scale up exponentially.

From my own perspective I don't think users will be banned for game crashes since it is a beta.

I'm not sure at all, but if you think about it, there would be no point in being banned for a game crash in a developing game, so don't worry, you won't get banned. If you want, try to play more non-ranked games and return to rankeds when the game is in a stable version.

Sergio This is actually happening in unranked. I know it would be an issue in ranked so I’m not doing anything with it until the launch of the game.

It can be frustrating indeed.
