Recently I received a permanent ban from riot for using 3rd party software, my problem is, that I don't use any 3rd party software that I know of, they have said the decision is final and I have no come back, OK I've spent a small amount on skins, which really cheeses me off, but how can riot make a decision that to me is obviously wrong, without some kind of proof of wrong doing, has any one else had this same problem
