Valorant low gpu and cpu usage

Hello ,i am having an issue with my valorant
I have a RTX 2060 GPU
While playing valorant i get unstable fps (around 80 - 100 fps)
I am using msi afterburner everytime i play valorant
It shows my gpu usage is only 15% when i play valorant , that cause my game to have unstable and low fps.however in other games i dont have this problem, like when i play RDR 2 the gpu usage is high (around 95%)
Is it something wrong with my settings or what?

Eyusha valorant is CPU heavy... google for „cpu bottleneck“ and you will find an explanation about your situation

i dont think its bottleneck , i use a ryzen 5 3600 ,the cpu usage while i play valorant is only 30% . i even have the power plan on ryzen high performance.

Should i reinstall my windows?

I don’t think that renewing your windows would solve this, cause valorant seems to be the only app with this problem.
maybe reset your valorant settings to default.
