Tried to give this game a shot but I find it unbearable due to some maps being one sided. Been playing fps for years so I know aimbotting when it's done by other players. So sad when a game implements "anti cheat" but it's already bypassed within a week or two. Back to single player games it is.

Greetings! Yesterday I played the first five unranked games in Valorant and I have to say that the game is in many ways tragic. But the worst problem (which has already been reported in the media) is cheaters. I immediately decided to check if the in-game reporting system works and how quickly it responds to reports. For this, I cursed in the chat and the next day I have a mute for four days. So it works! I won the first three matches with the results 13-4, 13-1 and 13-5, achieving high results in them. Already in the third game I found a cheater on the opposing team. Fortunately, he was a noob, or he couldn't properly use or configure cheats, because despite using wallhack and aimbot, he often died, although there were occasions when he could kill players on my team within 360 degrees with all headshots. Also, he didn't cheat from the start, but turned on cheats after losing a few rounds. But then it got disconnected so we managed to win. I lost the next two matches with the result 5-13 and 8-13. In the fourth match, a player using wallhack + aimbot was on the opposing team, he also confessed to it in the chat and he did it brazenly, so it was not hard to notice. You know, if someone plays these games, it's not too hard to recognize a cheater. Especially if he knows everything, prefire, he shoots through walls and almost only hits the head. This one player practically won the entire match alone, scoring the victory for his team with a final score of 40 kills, 9 deaths and 7 assists. The fifth game turned out to be more even as there were two cheaters on my team too, so it wasn't too bad. However, I was able to do absolutely nothing. Every now and then I was killed immediately by cheaters from all sides. As a result, I was practically excluded from the game, because attempts to take any action always ended in failure. It was a typical hvh game where the ordinary player has no chance and even and well I could stay in the base. Today I played two matches. We won the first one 13-4. There were two cheaters on my team, and the opposite one as well, but mine also had an aimbot, so they didn't stand a chance. The next game was funnier. We gave up because we came across three ragehackers. Three players on the opposing team came from around each corner prefire and insta headshots. They completly rekt us, we could do absolutely nothing. There was no doubt that they had cheats, because they always knew absolutely everything and never missed, and their reaction time was better than that of professional players. #feelsbadman Before you start dealing with unbalance and map issues, do something about the cheater problem first, because if this game looks like this, it will end up like CS: GO, it will become a cheater training ground. A game that honest players simply don't play, because they have no chance of facing cheats, and playing with cheats is not fun for them. I gave up CS: GO after more than 3,000 hours of gameplay just because only cheaters play this game outside of the world and no security can stop them. It never was, because many of the cheater profiles I follow on Steam have been cheating for several years without a single ban, which can be seen from their game and comments on their profiles from other users (you know "-rep cheater"). I thought that since Valorant has such a demanding anti-cheat, it's worth giving this game a try. However, it seems not. Personally (after my experience with CS: GO) I think the PvP games are over. Currently, without cheats, there is no point in starting, because every major title is struggling with the scourge of this scum and it seems that nothing will change in this matter, as long as bans do not start to be issued on equipment, because nowadays a ban on IP also fails the exam. Vanguard is a very intrusve anti-cheat. It requires re-moving the computer and prevents the use of many devices and programs, but despite this, cheaters have no problem with this game. So what's the point in using such annoying security when its only role is to irritate normal players? Valorant is currently having a similar cheater problem to CS: GO. There are plenty of them and you can find them in almost every match, even in unranked games. One such player is enough to ruin an entire match. I can imagine what happens in the ranked games, since there are so many cheaters in the unranked games... Already Valorant is as unplayable as CS:GO is packed with cheaters that give you no chance for anything. Uninstall.

Cleric515 Same story here. This game is stuffed by cheating trash using wallhack+aimbot and even not try to hide it. And all of these on unranked games... I can imagine what happening in ranked. Totaly mess and waste of time if you not cheating.

i think if theres a headshot when your strafing then that's sign your cheating because strafing messes with aim. setup a check, gun fired = true strafing = true head shot = true repeated on different player = true cheater = true, probably

I've played a lot since the closed beta started and I only met 1 cheater so far (probably). It seems like there are not that many cheaters on the EU servers around gold / silver

The only one where I think he was hacking was someone who always knew where I moved along. And why do you pretend that everyone who says that there aren't that many cheaters is a cheater? Sometimes I have thought that people use wallhack, but I forget that the sounds of the steps in this game are heard from the other end of the map... The same thing happens to me in CS:GO, everyone complains about hackers, but I've never found one.

How do you guys know they are cheating? Isn't that anti-cheat software really invasive?

Gameondaily Most of the time cheaters are not instant-banned. The system sets them on a list and then they get banned shortly afterwards (at least that's how it works in many other games). It's done this way so cheat developers can't test if their cheat is detected or not just by playing one game. And quite often very good players are called cheaters when they get matched against players with way less skill. They have completely different movement / positioning and aim.

I play on Platinum, and I fully confirm that there are a lot of cheaters, they are constantly and in almost every game. When I find games without cheaters, it's a pleasure to play, the teams play on equal terms and there is a struggle to win. As soon as the enemy comes a cheater, the game loses all meaning and goes only in one gate. Today after two games in which there were obvious cheaters with WH (it's easy to see), I deleted the game, and will return only after Riot announces that they have improved the anti-cheat.

500 Hours in and seen MAYBE one cheater. Please show proof. Every other game I am called a cheater and it just tickles my pickle. Strafe firing is real and you can do it consistently if you practice. Once you learn maps there are so many places I prefire and successfully frag. Map design limits good angles to hold and once you learn them its a no brainer.

Since Valorant is a new released game, IMO; Valorant cheat system didn't had enough time to improve very good since day one, and loads of "hackers" are professional people coding that know what they're doing, and improving by bypassing all the movements that RIOT does. They just most probably checked all the patches and updates that they did during the lockdown and worked their butt off to just implement and improve their programs.

FakYuKrv UC it's a know cheating community, nothing can be done against them, as they aren't a company that sells cheats. Users make their own cheats and share them with the community. And with the providers, that already depends on Riot. Riot could take down those web pages.

Cheaters could be discarded more easily if similar to Overwatch players could specify what cheats the cheaters are using. The most commons are wall-hacks (seeing through walls), track-bots and aim-bots. And no, those aren't "skilled players" like some are saying cos they are knowing exactly your location even when always walking, without any Cypher or Sova in their team. Also there's a another kind of cheat that are jamming the left mouse button like I encountered to a player last match: I was waiting behind cover and he passed in front me and despite pressing the LMB my weapon (Bucky) didn't fire, obviously cheat-blocked, after two-three seconds his weapon (also a Bucky) did. That's kind of special cheat it's kinda new to Valorant but not to others multiplayer shooters like Dirty Bomb and Overwatch. In the latest it was a time where cheaters could be flooding the internet connection of the opposite team players.

In this game a lot cheaters, very often I see players with an explicit WH, who do not just check the corners, but know exactly where you are. But what is above in the video, there is nothing strange. Jett fired a normal reaction, and Reyna should have died in the first second, if there was a good aim.
