Low Client FPS

Recently, VALORANT has crashed while I was in a game and I have now been banned for only 10 mins but the time before that I was banned for 50 mins even tho in both games I rejoined after 2 rounds trying to restart my client. My laptop that I play on has an Intel Core i5-6200u, NVIDIA GeForce 940MX with 2 GB Dedicated VRAM and 8GB DDR4 memory.
Can someone explain why I am having these problems and also how do I query bans? Although I know its unfair to the players on my team, I make the attempt to come back and most of the time its caused by a low client/server FPS/connection.
Also any tips for what I can change to maybe help my problem?

Mike this is the only game i know where is literally no any developer supports on official forum. need to learn from warframe stuff how to communicate with players.
