I'm having a hard time ranking up on iron, bronze and silver. A lot of the match have immortal and diamond smurf that just headshot all of us in an instant. Can you please fix this, my friend and me can't rank up and train to be better if we just got headshot instanly.

Im trying to play the fucking game (Im bronze 3) and then i get kulled in 1 second cause hes fucking immortal. And Im asking are you a smurf and they say - yes🙂 and like just why. RIOT u cant just ignore this IF u wanna have a somewhat fun game

That’s because smurfing is not a crime.
Riot earns more money if everyone can own multiple accounts because there are enough guys who buy the battle pass or some skins twice...

100% something needs to be done to make smurfing harder to do. Every single high level player I know has a smurf account. Makes the game unplayable for lower level ranks. Bronze ranked is literally who has the better smurf on their team right now. I dont know how they could fix it but I honestly wish this game was $60 so it would e $60 for people to make a secondary account. Since it is free and smurfing isnt punished the only people who suffer are people in our low level ranks. Riot please for the love of gaming fix this issue. Make smurfs play against other smurfs? Or make it harder to make a smurf account by (if you want to play ranked) having to connect your account to your cell phone number and only allow one account? Do something. Do anything.

Riot needs to fix the smurf problem ASAP. I am 100% done with this game until they do. There is literally no point in trying to play ranked at the lower levels in this game. It is only about who has a smurf on their team. That's it. Ruined a great game by making it this way.

And it's not just the smurfs there are also the cheaters. For smurfs, you can use your brain for fight to them. But when these guys knew everything, preshot you even if you switch position, you slow, you try lurking, agressive pick, etc... You can start to ask yourself questions. And cheats is ez. Even VAC is better than Vanguard i guess (and on CS GO there is Overwatch sessions for ban cheaters, not here) so it's a dead game already.

There is nothing you can do against smurfs, and it is also a financial benefit for Riot because these people buy the skins again.

The only thing that would occur to me would be to limit a number of accounts (for example 3) to one computer. Either by IP address, MAC or by HWID.
But there are also external tools that allow you to change all this and it wouldn't useful at all.

You can't do anything against them, just accept that in this type of games there are and will always be smurfs.

This is unplayable, seriously, my friends and I are tired of playing against smurfs, every single match with smurfs, as soon as you see a bronze player or silver 1, you know is a smurf. We were falling down from Plat 1 to silver 1... this is impossible.
